Candidates must bring the original documents for interview as enclosed with the online application form :-
(a) For all candidates :- (i) Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate / 10th Marksheet Or Certificate).
(ii) Aadhaar Card (Both Side)
(iii) Medical Fitness Certificate
(iv) Medical / Dental Council Registration Certificate.
(v) Medical / Dental Council Registration renewal slip (For Medical Trade/Dental trade).
(vi) Valid Driving License for Light Motor Vehicle/ Heavy Vehicles (for drivers only) to be attached duly self attested (only if Driver vacancy applied for).
(b) For ESM candidates :- In addition to above PPO, Discharge Book, ESM I/Card, AWPO Registration Certificate, Degree Certificate of Trade proficiency.
(c) Please bring one set of self attested photocopies of all documents and 01 PP size colour photographs at the time of interview.
(d) No TA/DA is admissible.
(e) Only candidates meeting Qualitative Requirements may apply.
