SSC CHSL 2024 stands for Staff Selection Commission – Higher Secondary Level Examination. It is one of the most important recruitment exams conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) of India. The exam is held every year to select candidates for various posts in Ministries, Departments and Organizations of the Government of India. Staff Selection Commission, while publishing its annual calendar, announced that SSC CHSL Notification 2024 was scheduled to be published on April 2, 2024, but was postponed due to technical issues.

SSC CHSL Notification 2024

SSC CHSL 2024 Notification is released for the recruitment to the posts of Data Entry Operator (DEO), Court Clerk Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC), Postal Assistant/Sorting Assistant (PA/SA), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA). SSC CHSL Exam Detail 2024

The SSC CHSL exam is conducted in three levels:

 1. Tier I: It is a computer based exam consisting of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) covering topics like General Intelligence, English Language, Numerical Aptitude and General Awareness.

 2. Tier II: This level is a descriptive paper where candidates have to write an essay and a letter/application in English or Hindi within a specified time.

 3. Tier III: depending on the position applied for, includes a skills test or a written test. Aptitude test is  for DEO posts while recruitment test is for LDC, JSA, PA/SA and  Clerk of Court.
